STANLEY X, the innovation division of Stanley Black & Decker, has officially acquired DADO, Inc. the intelligent document platform built for trade contractors. The strategic acquisition will provide DADO with additional resources to accelerate product development, expand support of a growing customer base, and accelerate STANLEY X’s focus on developing best-in-class construction technology solutions “For those who build the world”.

“I can speak for the entire DADO team in saying how excited we are to be continuing our mission as part of STANLEY X,” said Jake Olsen, Co-Founder and CEO of DADO. “We have an incredible customer base and an inspiring product vision to drive us forward.
